Your future success lies in a triathlon weekend in Mont-Tremblant!

You want to perform at your best for IRONMAN. You train daily and eat healthy but you need more information to deliver your dream triathlon day! Eleven-time IRONMAN Champion, Lisa Bentley and triathlon coach, Dave Cracknell, have the experience to take your preparation to the next level! Lisa was part of the team that brought you the first ever IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant.

Lisa’s on course mental, tactical and nutritional expertise gained from racing 33 IRONMAN events will be shared and then practiced during the hands-on portion of the camp when you swim, bike and run on the challejjkkknging Tremblant roads! The timing of this camp is perfect for one of your last long rides and runs. You will leave the camp armed with mental, tactical and nutritional knowledge, which can be applied to any goal.

Bring your goals and your work ethic and you will leave fitter, stronger and motivated.

Friday, July 10th - Arrival Day
2:15 to 2:45 pmArrival and Registration. Location TBD – possible early ride
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Open water swim, drills, technical swim. Meeting TBD.
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Dinner on your own.
6:15 pm – 6:45 pm Registration for late arrivals at Fairmont lobby.
7:00 pm – 8:30 pm Mental, tactical and nutritional preparation for Saturday’s bike ride and your Ironman pacing and racing. Question and answer.
Saturday, July 11th – Bike the course. Run off the bike. Motivational Talk.
6:00 am Drop off special needs and transition bag; first group begins. Meet at P1 parking lot (near Chalet de Voyageurs)
7 am Drop off special needs and transition bag; second group begins riding. Meet at P1 parking lot (near Chalet de Voyageurs) Items for bike Spare tubes, CO2 cartridges, hand pump (you must start your ride with the gear to change a flat); extra bottles with your name on them if you wish to have these given to you during the ride. Items for Transition Bag For your bike to run transition – running shoes, hat, sunscreen, dry socks, sunglasses, PowerGel, Fuelbelt, special treat.
6:00am – 2:00pm Fully supported bike ride on the IRONMAN course and other adjacent roads powered by PowerBar (approximately 160 km or 90 km depending on your goals)
1:00pm – 4:00pm Transition to 30 min run off the bike; individual and general question and answer with Lisa and Dave; re-fuelling courtesy of PowerBar.
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Dinner as a group
7:00 pm – 8:00 p.m. Mental, tactical and nutritional preparation for Sunday’s run and your Ironman marathon. How to run (or run/walk) your best Ironman marathon. Question and answer. How to tackle the Ironman swim. Motivational talk.
Sunday, July 12th – Run on the course.
8 am – 11 am Fully supported 1.5 to 3 hour run on course fuelled by Powerbar. The first 30 minutes will be technical running drills and suggestions.
11 am – 12 pm General question and answer with Lisa and Dave.
11:30 am Brunch at Fairmont
1 pm – 2 pm Question and Answer. Goodbyes!!

For Mont-Tremblant competitors, the timing of this camp is perfect for one of your last long rides and runs.
